Dinona is Champion at the Ontario Canadian
Warmblood Foal futurity
Winona's first foal by Dr Pepper arrived right on time, another
super bay filly with a nice big star and snip. Barn named "Dena"
has fantastic looks and is very tall.
Dr. Pepper born in 2001 is a spectacular 16.2 H gray Hanoverian
stallion with incredible presence, type, and exceptional movement
and suspension. As a foal he won the Hanoverian Verband inspection
championship, and was declared a "Top Stallion Prospect"
by the well known and respected "Dr. Ludwig Christmann".
Dr. Christmann emphasized the fact that Dr. Pepper's bloodlines
were especially valuable.
Dr. Pepper then went on to win Show Grand Champion at the 10th
Annual Sport Horse Breeders Show, in Blainville, Qc., under the
judges Eve Mainwaring from Brockville, Ontario, and Dr. Ingvar Fredrickson
from the Swedish State Stud.
Dr. Pepper is by Drosselklang II , out of Grenadine
(Genever / Pik Koenig).
Winona is a fully registered Hanoverian mare, with beautiful type
and presence, clearly stamped by her grandfather (Wokentanz) and
great grandfather, the legendary Weltmeyer. Winona has 3 wonderful
gaits and an execellent temperment, she should finish up between
16-1 hands and 16-2. Bred from our Hanoverian mare Tatyana,
by Tambourin/World Cup I.
Winona was sired by Widmark, an execellent young stallion to come
to North America and the only son of the phenomenal stallion Wolkentanz
to be imported to North America.
Widmark was one of 9 stallions awarded "Premium" at
the stallion licensing in Verden in 2002. Widmark also completed
his 70 day stallion performance test in Adelheidsdorf with great
success, finishing in 3rd place, with an overall score of 129.88,
Dressage: 136.11, and jumping 101.09. He then went on to win the
dressage bronze medal at the "Bundeschamponats".
