SOLD to Patricia Laurin, See you in the GP ring Patti!

Southlanes Sierra, born at 4:00 Am June 9th and standing inside 15 minutes. A very strong and correct beautiful looking filly. We are not sure we have ever produced such a powerful foal before, maybe only Ginger, Riviera's foal from last year. Sierra has perfect conformation and good gaits.

Her dam Riviera was the 2006 Canadian Champion Mare in both the open Hanoverian and the Canadian bred Hanoverian Mare shows in Canada in 2005 and was also Hanoverian Mare Performance test winner. Riviera is a lovely athletic mare, with a hugh canter. Riviera will stay in our breeding program due to her genetic backround from her mother and will be a supplier of foals for many years to come.

Riviera's sire, Raphael, needs no introduction of course, he has advanced to a stallion of world repute, top international riders value the quality of Raphael offspring. These include Ramina, Ricci, Rockefeller, Raphaelo, Robinson and many more. Raphael has proved himself numerous approved sons, such as: performance test winners Ravallo and Ragazzo; Radiator, ridden by rene Tebbel is currently one of the most successful stallions in international showjumping; and Canada's own Rio Grande, who himself won his performance test, and shows very successfully in international showjumping, qualifying for the 1996 Olympics.

Stolzenberg amazed everyone with his quick leg, technique and scope at the 2001 Stallion Licensing, where he won the Winergy Best Jumper, and the title "Premium Stallion". A 1999 16H 1" dark bay stallion, Stolzenberg proved his performance under saddle and was Reserve Champion of the 2002 Stallion Performance Test with a score of 132.26, 114.6 in dressage (10) and, of course, winning the jumping section 141.88. His sire, Stakkato, is the top-listed jumping horse sire for competition horses in Germany.

On Stolzenberg's dam side, the stallion Sandro has also been a considerable success, with three of his progeny competing at the 1994 WEG in The Hague – Sandro Song (Ante Smlesa), Safari (Michael Abo) and Paradiso (Rolf-Göran Bengtsson). Sandro is the sire of more than 40 licensed sons, the most successful being Silvio 1 and II, Sandro Song, Sao Paulo, Sandro Boy and Salido Z.

Successful competitors include; Salido Z (Debbie Stephens), Sagrat (Guy Goosen), Sakrus (Debbie Winkler), Sympathico (Ersting-Engemann), Silas M (Yanix Elad), Sheila and Sundance Kid (Franke Sloothaak) and Santorin F (Fritz Fervers) and of course, the World Cup Champion, Sandro Boy.
